Digital Banking is a certificate course that is offered by IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance) to provide bankers with sound knowledge of digital banking products. Anyone irrespective of the fact whether he/she is a member or non-member of the Institute can sit for this exam. 

The course’s purpose is to make the bankers familiar with relevant aspects of digital banking aspects so that bankers can provide improved customer service & guide the customers as and when needed. It provides sufficient knowledge of how things work in digital banking services so that they can deliver/provide better customer experience & can handle banking queries related to this field.

OVERVIEW OF DIGITAL BANKING 2023 IIBF

IIBF DIGITAL BANKING REMOTE PROCTORED MODE:

Remote proctored mode is the system where Digital Banking candidates are allowed to write an examination at a location of their own choice while the system ensures the integrity of the examination. In this system, the candidates are required to confirm their identity & during the examination, the system also monitors the examinees through video, mic, etc. that look for any unfair practices (e.g., cheating).

These IIBF Exams are conducted over the Internet using a Desktop or Laptop. Taking examination using any other device is not permitted e.g. tabs, mobile, etc.

How to Apply for IIBF Digital Banking Exam APPLICATION 2023

You can register for IIBF’s Digital Banking Exam by following the process given below:

1. Visit the IIBF Exam course page for registration & then log in with your membership or registration no. and password under the ‘Apply for exams online’ tab.
2. Read the ‘rules, syllabus & eligibility criteria and instructions for form filling’ carefully given on the new page.
3. Select Digital Banking from the examinations given.
4. Click on the Examination or Courses option available on the left side.
5. Log on with the membership no. and password.
6. Carefully read the instructions & then accept them.
7. Enter all the details required in the application form and then preview them for any correction.
8. Once checked for any incorrect spellings, click on accept & submit and then proceed to pay the application fee.
9. Select the option for payment you want to pay with and follow the on-screen instructions.
10. Once payment is successful, details of the payment transaction will be displayed on your screen and as well as be sent to your cell no. & e-mail.
11. Take a printout of the application form & payment details for future reference.

IIBF DIGITAL BANKING EXAM RESULT 2023:

IIBF declares the results of Digital Banking Result Advice on its website: http://www.iibf.org.in/ and it can be downloaded from there.

The candidates who pass will receive a digitally signed certificate through their e-mail that is registered with the Institute within 3 weeks after the declaration of the result. No Paper Certificate is now issued by the Institute.
