This course basically is there to give 100 or 50 hours of training to the Debt Recovery Agents (representatives appointed by banks or lawful debt collection agencies to act as on their behalf). RBI stipulates that Banks & NBFCs should ensure that their recovery agents should get the training under IIBF & obtain the DRA certificate.
