HOW TO USE LS ANDROID AND IOS APP

In this post, we will tell you how to Use LS Android and iOS App in Q&A format for various IIBF & IBPS Courses 2024.

Our Android App is available at both PlayStore & AppStore and is free to download. Down below are the direct links of our apps:

Note: Both ‘My Institute’ & ‘Learning Center App’ work in the same way. So, the below queries are as relevant to iOS users as they are to Android Users.

Let’s begin with the basic questions that we get queries on:

Q) What is my Batch Code? 

A) There are no batches that are currently in our courses per se. So, just skip it if you encounter it on your way to login in the app or through the web.

Q) Will I get the notes with the courses?

A) Yes, you will be getting epdf notes complementary to all the Video Courses.

Q) I want to access the courses through my laptop. Can I do that?

A) Yes, you can visit this link: LS Web Login. You will be asked for:

1. your registered Mobile No. & 
2. Org Code while the Org Code is ‘gegkt’.

Q) Do I need to put the Org Code in the app also?

A) No, the Learning Center App doesn’t ask for any code to log in, only your Mobile No. is required to log in to the app.

Q) How much speed can be increased of the Class videos in the Learning Center App?

A) The lectures are available to watch at the speed of 2.0x in the app. But we would recommend that you do not increase speed above 1.5x to better understand the concepts.

Q) How do I know what is the timing of Live Classes?

A) You will get the notifications of the Live Classes within the 🔔Bell icon on the topmost right corner of the app.

The Notifications will have all the details such as Subject Name, Teacher Name, Class No., Timing & date etc.

Note: You will also find our latest offers running in the app in this section if any.

Q) I am getting a message ‘Suspicious activity’ & therefore, I can’t access the app. It is making me exit the app every time I open it. What do I do?

A) That happens due when the app detects any security or protection issue in your device. And to protect the Information against any unauthorized, illegal and fraudulent use of App Information by third parties, the app automatically restricts the use of the App.

The most common reason for this type of error to occur is: you might have downloaded apps/files from unauthenticated sources.

Well, if your app is displaying a ‘Suspicious activity’ message, then you need to contact the Learning Sessions Team at WhatsApp no: 8360944207. LS Team will forward your issue to the tech team for a quick resolution.

Q) Can I download the Class Videos?

A) Yes, you can download the Class Videos in the app. You can do that by following the below process:

1. Login the App
2. In-Home Screen > Purchase Courses > Select/Click Or In Profile > Courses > Select/click
3. Then go to the ‘Content’ tab
4. Click on the subject of which videos you want to download
5. Then Click on the ‘Down Arrow’ you could see on the Class.
6. Select the Video Size from the available resolutions.

This way you can download 1 or all the lectures in the app & watch them offline in the app. 

Note: The download will depend on your Device’s Storage capacity.

Q) Where are my downloaded Lectures?

A) The downloaded videos can be found in the options tab (3 horizontal lines) from the top left corner of the home screen.

There you need to click on ‘Offline Downloads’ to access your downloaded classes.

Q) I am unable to find the Live classes in the course.

A) The live Classes which are conducted on the Learning Center App, can be accessed either through:

• the notifications of the Live Class or 
• through the banner (of the Class) on the home screen of the app. 

Q) I have missed my Live Classes on a particular paper. How can I cover up the missed lectures?

A) Worry not! All the live lectures that have already been conducted will be available in the course. Follow the below steps to watch the live lectures: 

• Home Screen > Purchase Courses > Select/Click > Live Classes Tab

Or 

• Profile > Courses > Select/click > Live Classes Tab

If still, there are no classes visible, then you go to Content Tab instead. There, in the subject folders, you will find access to the live classes instead.

Q) I want to purchase the IIBF courses but can’t find the store section. What do I do?

A) That could be because you might have signed up as a parent instead of a student. As a parent user, one can’t view the available courses.

Q) I am getting the ‘USB Debugging Error’ Message. What should I do?

Q) How many times can I watch the videos? Is there any restriction?

A) As many times as you want. There is no restriction on the no. of times that the users can watch the videos. 

The videos can be viewed/ downloaded any no. of times.

Q) Can I download the notes?

A) The notes are complementary to the video Classes. They are available to download for offline view & can be read within the app.

Q) How do I begin with my courses? Concepts, Questions, Tests, epdfs…. what to study first?

A) If you have any doubts as to how & where to begin…. Here is the little guide:

1. Begin with the conceptual Videos. You can start with any subject, clear your understanding of the concepts & then move forward with the other contents of your study material.
2. After that, you can begin with the questions videos, if any.
3. Then give/attempt the Mock Tests of your papers. You might have them chapter-wise or topic-wise or module-wise. Whatever the case, you must attempt them after you have covered your syllabus.
4. Then, at last – you can read the topics with the e-pdfs available in the content sections for revising the topics.

And remember, all the content available in your Study Section, is available with unlimited views. So, you can watch them freely.

Q) I am not able to log in to the web portal or Learning Center App. What should I do?

A) This is one of the main queries received by the team for one reason or another.

Let me explain: 

If you are not able to log in to the Learning Center app (android/web / iOS), the chances are you are not registered in the app (Learning Center).

Before you say – that you already have an active pack, then it might be the case that you have an active pack on our other app (LS Pro/Learning Sessions – IIBF Exams) or iibf.info web portal.

So, iibf.info is not the same as Learning Center web & the Learning Center App is not same as LS Pro & they require different login credentials

A) From the below table, you can get to the course with one click:

Q) Will I get the hard copy of the Study Materials 2024?

A) Because all the courses can be easily accessed through an app or website using mobile & laptop / PC. Therefore, no hard copies are not provided.

Q) Can I access my Study Material on Multiple Devices?

A) Sure. You can access the latest Study Material using multiple devices i.e. mobile phones, and tablets whether iOS or Android. But you can access the materials in one device at once.

Q) Do the videos cover the full & latest syllabus of my exam?

A) Yes, all the video courses cover the full syllabus of the above-listed exams as per the latest syllabus guidelines prescribed by the administering authorities. Even in question packs, all types of questions are covered including memory-recalled questions.

Q) What is Memory Recalled Questions?

A) Memory Recalled Questions are the Previous Year’s Questions taken from different sessions. As almost all the exams taken on Computers (MCQs) by IIBF, there is no such thing as a Question paper that can be taken by the examinees to their homes. So, after the examinations, some generous bankers recall the questions from their memory & provide the questions. Those are what we call Memory Recalled Questions.
