CAIIB HRM NEW SYLLABUS 2024

CAIIB HRM NEW SYLLABUS 2024 | IIBF EXAM 2024

We want to discuss the CAIIB HRM NEW syllabus 2024 in this article with you so that it is clear how you proceed with your preparation. CAIIB test is one of IIBF’s premium flagship courses, held biannually (twice a year) for employees with JAIIB Certification around the country. The Indian Institute of Banking and Finance will set the CAIIB test in the month of June 2024. Additional pay increases are available to CAIIB-qualified bankers. The CAIIB 2024 exam will be held on pre-determined dates in June 2024. There are 4 mandatory papers, ABM, BFM, ABFM, BRBL and one elective. One of the electives is human resource management out of the 5 options of rural banking, central banking, human resource management, risk management, and information technology & digital banking.

Managing people in organisations in a structured and thorough manner is the initial definition of HRM. To complete the operations, this includes staffing (hiring people), retention, compensation and perks setting and management, performance management, change direction, and handling leavers from the firm. This is the classic definition of HRM, which some experts see as a modernized version of the previous Personnel Management role.
