e) Employee lifestyle or habits: The lifestyle of an employee is also significant for HRD experts since they must understand the habits of the employees to determine the training that needs to be provided to improve the employees’ habits.
(f) Awareness of new practices: An HRD professional must be aware of new techniques followed by organisations worldwide. An HRD expert should be familiar with methods such as individual dignity, employee retention, leadership by example, and a clear conscience relationship with employees, shareholders, vendors, suppliers, customers, and the general public.
(g) Atmosphere: An open environment is necessary for an organization’s success. Meritocracy, fearlessness, justice, speed, inventiveness, and responsibility should be present in the workplace.
