IIBF NOTIFICATION | CERTIFICATES OF JAIIB/SOB/DBF EXAMS OF MAY 2023

IIBF every year notifies the upcoming exam & registration dates of its various exams on its official website. JAIIB / SOB & DB&F are one of those exams that get scheduled half yearly by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance under the notified time period in which the JAIIB exam certificates will be issued.

IIBF has just conducted the MAY 2023 Exams of JAIIB, DBF & SOB. So, this article pertains to the certificates that are in respect to the exams of Junior Associate in Banking and Finance (JAIIB), Diploma in Banking & Finance (DBF), and Specialists Officers of Banks (SOB).

E-CERTIFICATES

Candidates should remember that the JAIIB 2022 Certificates will be issued in the soft form i.e. E-certificates. IIBF had long ago forgone the processing of hard certificates of the exams conducted by it.

So, the candidates who have cleared their JAIIB or SOB or DBF, whichever the case may be, need to remember the following things when the IIBF starts its portal where Certificates will be available for download.

Things to note:

• A copy of the E-Certificate will be available for download after it’s been processed, signed by the institute digitally & will also be emailed by the IIBF.
• If any discrepancy is found while processing the Certificate in the photo or signature of the candidate or in other such matters, the JAIIB Certificate will not be available.
• IIBF always tells the candidates to save & keep the E-certificate safe after downloading it.
• The preservation is recommended because candidates can’t download the JAIIB E-certificates more than 3 times.

If you or any of your colleagues face any difficulty in downloading the E-Certificates of JAIIB MAY 2023, then you/they can submit their query in this IIBF Complaint Link.

For Example: If your query is in regard to JAIIB Certificate, you should Select ‘Examination’ as the Query Category, & ‘Non-receipt of Final Certificate’ as the Query Sub-Category.

Step 1: Visit the official Website of IIBF.

Step 2: On the homepage of the IIBF, you will find the link to ‘IIBF JAIIB Certificate Download 2022’. (the link will be available as and when the IIBF begins the process of E-certificates download).

Step 3: You will be taken to a new page, where you will be required to fill in your Membership/Registration No. & other information that it will ask for.

Step 4: After all the required information has been filled in, you will be required to submit the credentials.

Step 5: After submission, you will find the option to download the JAIIB/SOB/DBF Certificate (whichever Exam you gave) on the screen. Download it & keep it safe in your system for future use.

As mentioned earlier, you can download the certificate by following the above process only thrice at the max. So, be careful with handling the soft copy of the E-Certificate.

It’s better to keep multiple copies of the same on your Computer/Laptop or Mobile. Better yet email it to yourself with a Subject name that you can remember even in the years to come.

Rest assured, as you have successfully completed your JAIIB, you can begin with the CAIIB also.

If JAIIB has gotten you 1 increment in advance, then CAIIB is going to get you 2 increments, provided you as bankers are working in the Clerk position.

The bankers employed at the officer level will get 1 increment.

CAIIB JUNE 2023 EXAM DATES

The June CAIIB dates are as follows.

IIBF has not started with the CAIIB Registrations. But it is soon that the exam & CAIIBB registration dates will get announced. So, JAIIBs should decide whether they want to go for the CAIIB exams this upcoming JUNE 2023 exam. So, there are still about a few months till the exam date announcement & if bankers really want to then they can go for these exams.

But before you decide anything, we will give you one solid reason as to why you should write the CAIIB Exams this MAY too. That’s because you have just given the JAIIB Exams & you are mentally prepared to study again & can easily fall back to the study schedule.

If you aren’t really sure about the June CAIIB 2023 Exams, then you can write/sit for the December 2023 Exams as you will get sufficient time to prepare for the exam up to November.

The normal fee for the Exams is Rs.3000 when you register for the first time in CAIIB. This amount excludes the amount of any applicable taxes such as GST.

Decide soon if you want to sit for the June 2023 Attempt because postponing the decision will lead to extra charges as mentioned in the tables above.
