IIBF NOTIFICATION | CERTIFICATES OF CAIIB EXAMS OF JAN/FEB 2022 

IIBF issued a notification on its official website dated 27th April 2022 where the institute notified the time period in which certificates of CAIIB exams will be issued.

The certificates pertain to the exams of Certified Associate in Banking & Finance (CAIIB) which were conducted in the month of January/February this year.

As per the notification qualified CAIIBs will be getting their certificates by the end of 1st week of June 2022 (around 1st June to 7th June 2022- approximately).

E-CERTIFICATES

Candidates should remember that the CAIIB 2022 Certificates will be issued in the soft form i.e E-certificates. IIBF had long ago forgone the processing of hard certificates of almost all the exams conducted by it.

So, the candidates who have cleared their CAIIB, they need to remember the following things when the IIBF will start its portal where CAIIB Certificates will be available for download.

Things to note:

• Copy of CAIIB E-Certificate will be available for download after it’s been processed by IIBF i.e the institute has verified the signatures digitally & these will also be emailed by the IIBF to the CAIIB examinees.
• If any discrepancy is found while processing the CAIIB Certificate in the photo or signature of the candidate or in other such matters, the CAIIB Certificate will not be available/issued.
• IIBF always tells the CAIIB Examinees to save & keep their E-certificates safe after downloading it.
• The preservation is recommended because candidates can’t download the CAIIB E-certificates more than 3 times.

For Example: If your query is in regard to CAIIB Certificate, you should Select the ‘Examination’ as Query Category, & ‘Non receipt of Final Certificate’ as Query Sub-Category.

How to Download IIBF CAIIB Certificate?

Worry not, downloading the CAIIB Certificate is very easy. Anyone can easily download their CAIIB E-certificates by going through the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the official Website of IIBF.

Step 2: On the homepage of the IIBF, you will find the link to ‘IIBF CAIIB Certificate Download 2022’. (the link will be available as and when the IIBF begins the process of E-certificates download). 

Step 3: You will be taken to a new page, where you will be required to fill in your Membership/Registration No. which was used to register for CAIIB Exams & any other information that will be asked.

Step 4: After all the required information has been filled, you will be required to submit the credentials.

Step 5: After submission of the details, you will find the option to download the CAIIB Certificate on the screen. Download the certificate & keep it safe in your system for future use.

As mentioned earlier, you can download the CAIIB certificate by following the above process only thrice at the max. So, be careful with handling the soft copy of your CAIIB E-Certificate.

It’s better to keep multiple copies of the CAIIB Certificates in your Computer or Laptop or Mobile. Better yet you should email it to yourself with a Subject name which you can remember in the years to come.

Rest assured, as you have successfully completed your CAIIB, you can sit for the other IIBF Certificate Examinations related to different fields. 

This CAIIB Certificate is going to get you 2 increments, provided you are working in the Clerk position in your Bank. Although the bankers who are employed at officer level will get only 1 increment.
